1688 AI Sourcing Assistant
A desktop app that finds products on 1688.com, works out the economics including cargo and customs, negotiates with sellers via AI and checks whether a product already sells on the marketplaces — so you only buy what's profitable.

What the buyer can do
Smart 1688 search
Your query is translated into Chinese automatically and results are filtered by a maximum price. Products land in the "Reports" table.
Unit economics
Calculates landed cost to a Russia warehouse (price ¥ × rate + weight × cargo + duty), margin after commission and ads, and gives a verdict: profitable / borderline / loss.
AI negotiations
Messages sellers autonomously in WangWang in Chinese, haggles toward a target price and keeps the history in Russian. A silent seller gets the status "awaiting reply".
"Already in Russia?" check
Uses Yandex Images to find the product on Wildberries and Ozon — so you instantly see competitors and market prices.
Kanban tasks
Set a goal and the agent moves it through the stages itself: Search → Analysis → Russia check → Negotiations → Done. It runs autonomously.
Your store analysis
The "My store" tab breaks down your Ozon/WB assortment and suggests what's worth sourcing on 1688.
What you need to run it
- Ollama with a local model (gemma3/qwen3-vl)
- Google Chrome (CDP connection)
- 8 GB+ VRAM for the AI models
OS: Windows 10/11. The app runs on a local Ollama model — your data and conversations never leave for the cloud.
